This is a translation of the Hebrew original. Where the two differ, the Hebrew version applies.

These terms apply to using the Liba website ("the site"), which is run by [name of the site owner or company, and business number] ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use the site.

In short

  • The site sums up reviews from professional testing sites. We didn't test the products ourselves.
  • The content is general information, not a recommendation to buy. Prices and scores change, so check the source before you buy.
  • You may quote short passages, with a link to the page you took them from.

What the site offers

Liba reads reviews of computers, components and AI machines published by professional testing sites, and sums them up. Each product shows a score that is the average of the sources' scores on a 10-point scale, and a link to every source. The rankings, scores and short summaries are free. The full reviews are open to paying subscribers. The site doesn't sell the products it covers.

General information, not advice

The content on the site is general information only. It isn't professional advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy or not to buy any product. What you buy is your decision. Before buying, read the sources themselves and check the current price, specs and warranty with the seller.

Accuracy and how current it is

We check every score, price and number against the linked source, and note the date we checked. Testing sites sometimes change scores, prices change, and manufacturers update products. So some of the information may be out of date, and there may be mistakes. If you find one, we'd like to hear about it and fix it.

Copyright and trademarks

  • The texts we wrote, and the design and code of the site, belong to us. You may quote short passages, with a link to the page you took them from.
  • The scores and reviews belong to the testing sites that published them. We give only the score and the main points, in our own words, with a link to the source.
  • Names of products, companies and sites are trademarks of their owners. They are mentioned only to identify the product or the source, and imply no connection or sponsorship.
  • The Assistant, Secular One and Archivo fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

What you may and may not do

You may browse the site, read it, share links and quote it as described above. You may not:

  • Disrupt the site or its security, or try to reach parts that aren't public.
  • Overload the server, for example with fast automated scraping.
  • Copy the site or large parts of it, or present it as your own.
  • Embed the site inside another site.

Paid subscription

The subscription opens the full review pages. There is a monthly plan and a yearly plan, and the current prices are on the subscription page.

  • The seller: the subscription is sold through Paddle, which is the official seller (Merchant of Record). Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes, and its terms also apply to the purchase.
  • Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the same price, until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you by email in advance, and the new price applies only from the next renewal.
  • Canceling: you can cancel any time from your account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your rights to cancel and get a refund under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, also remain.
  • No ads: signed-in subscribers see no ads on the site.
  • Personal account: signing in is personal. Don't share it with others.

Ads

Visitors who aren't subscribers see ads on the site. Every ad is labeled "Advertisement" and kept apart from the reviews. Advertisers have no say in the scores, the summaries or the order of the rankings, and the site doesn't recommend their products. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the ad and for what it offers.

Limitation of liability

The site is offered as is, with no promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for direct or indirect damage caused by using the site, relying on its content or the sites it links to, including damage from a buying decision.

Privacy

The site collects very little: there are no trackers, and subscribers give only an email address. All the details are in the privacy policy.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change the content of the site, stop running it, or update these terms. When we update the terms, we will change the date at the top of the page. Using the site after the update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
